Right of revocation & revocation form

The buyer can return the received goods without giving reasons within two weeks. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and this instruction. According to Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999, there is no right of withdrawal for the following products: food, custom-made products and consumables. The revocation should be made either in writing or by returning the goods. In the case of written revocation, the timely dispatch of the revocation to Pflegerhof is sufficient to meet the deadlines. After receipt of the revocation, the purchase price will be refunded.
